In 2001, he established the 50-bedded Panacea Hospital in Panvel, which continues to be a successful multispecialty hospital to date. In 2014, he inaugurated a second unit of Panacea Hospital in Sector 8, New Panvel. This new center is equipped to handle all types of critical care patients, featuring the latest flat-panel Cath lab machine—a first in Raigad and Navi Mumbai. It boasts a full-time dedicated team of Cardiologists (Cardiac Assist Network) with a minimum of 10 years of experience, capable of performing cardiac and peripheral Angiography and Angioplasty, along with other advanced Cardiac Interventional procedures, including Open Heart Surgery. The hospital also has advanced Operation Theaters for cardiac surgeries, Endoscopic spine surgeries, Minimal Invasive spine surgeries, Joint replacements, interventional Radiology, and Neurology. It includes a fully equipped burn unit and a 12-bed Medical and Surgical ICU, along with a full-fledged diagnostic center, including CT Scan facilities.

In 2005, Dr. Subhash Singh established a charitable trust named “Indo Health Foundation,” authorized by the NGO Department of Home Affairs Government of Maharashtra. It is engaged in the relief of accident victims on National Highways and trains personnel in highway safety policies of Maharashtra for handling highway accidents. This NGO has provided first aid and evacuation training for Industrial casualties in various corporate sectors of Taloja MIDC areas. Dr. Singh is an active Rotarian and has volunteered in various African countries for Orthopedic Surgeries. His team has operated on more than 15,000 polio patients in Africa. Dr. Singh has been awarded the “Service Above Self” award from Rotary District 3131.
